The new DAIWA BG reels combine load capacity and retrieve power with silky smooth running and high-quality design. Perfect for fishing larger species of fish in both fresh and saltwater. The aluminum reel body provides an indestructible housing for the Digigear II drive. The ABS aluminium spool is equipped with a rubber ring in the middle, which prevents slipping of smooth braided lines under load. The Daiwa BG reels are all-rounder and can be used in a wide range of applications. The BG 3000 and 4000 are extremely suitable for sea bass fishing, and the BG 5000 is ideal for pilker fishing or catfish fishing.
