The Madcat Hooklift Kit are small subfloats to eliminate the weight of a hook behind a normal subfloat for optimum bait presentation. The subfloat should be positioned on the leader close behind the hook. To keep the subfloat in place, attach it to the hook with a short piece of silicone tube. Then simply slide it over the hook eye and you’re done.
