Our Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Note for Anglers: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bait (including all products listed under “Bait” in our menu) or catfish hooks unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your fishing gear:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our handy return request template below.
- Get Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours (usually faster!) with return authorization and instructions.
- Pack It Up: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our address (provided in your return authorization email) using a trackable shipping method.
- Get Refunded: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we’ll process your refund. Here’s what to expect:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
Want to exchange your gear for something better suited to your fishing needs? No problem!
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your return request what you’d like to exchange for
- If there’s a price difference, we’ll either refund the difference or invoice you for the additional amount
- We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return
Damaged or Defective Items
If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective (which is rare, but can happen even with the toughest equipment):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may simply refund you without requiring return of the damaged item
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive returned items otherwise.
