Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (£12.95):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Pro Angler Tip: For time-sensitive fishing trips, we recommend choosing our Standard Shipping option for faster delivery!
Shipping Areas
We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, just drop us a line at [email protected].
Returns & Exchanges
At Fishing Paradise Shop, we want you to be as happy with your fishing gear as you are with your biggest catch. If something’s not quite right, our returns process is simpler than setting up a basic rig.
Our Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Important Note for Anglers:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- All bait products (listed under “Bait” in our menu)
- Catfish hooks
The only exception is if these items arrive damaged or defective.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your fishing gear:

- Get Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours (usually faster!) with return authorization and instructions.
- Pack It Up: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), here’s what to expect:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
Want to exchange your gear for something better suited to your fishing needs? No problem!
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your return request what you’d like to exchange for
- If there’s a price difference, we’ll either refund the difference or invoice you for the additional amount
- We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return
Damaged or Defective Items
If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective (which is rare, but can happen even with the toughest equipment):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may simply refund you without requiring return of the damaged item
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive returned items otherwise.
